Has a bad experience turned you off camping?  Probably your tent leaked in the night or you forgot the essential pole or binbag to keep out the cold.  Maybe that  foam pad you were trying to sleep on didn't help the bad back you went to rest.   It doesn't have to be that way.   We now offer you magnificent comfortable camping in 2 tipis (teepees), and we introduce you to "glamping"  short  for glamorous camping.

Only 10 minutes walk to the delights of one of the most delightful Georgian towns in Worcestershire.

5 minutes drive to the Severn Valley steam Railway, West Midlands Safari Park, Stourport on Severn fairground and parks, Go Ape highwire adventure, Wyre Forest footpaths, cycle routes and many other family visitor attractions. Cadbury World, Birmingham, Worcester and the Malverns a short drive away.

What does it include?

Sleeping tipi and separate dining tipi / lounge area.

The Sleeping Tipi

Soulpad tribe 5000 tipi for sleeping in (based on a Scandanavian Lavvu tipi).  

Sewn in groundsheet  for warmth and and a cosy sleeping area. 

Rugs, cushions, throws and a solar lights, futon style beds with good quality mattresses.  (Anti allergy pillows provided).

You need to bring your own sleeping bags or duvets, pillowcases and towels. 

The tipi will sleep 4 people comfortably with loads of storage space for clothing and kit.  

 5 people is cosy.  1 Double luxury futon  2 single luxury futons  and 1 standard wooden futon.   

We can put 2 sleeping tipis next to a dining tipi to accommodate 2 families using 1 dining tipi. (Max 8 people). £150 per night.

Dining Tipi exclusively for your group

Dining area a 6 metre Sioux style tipi with pine table, chairs sink cupboards and cooker.

Including Gas cooking facilities, double stainless steel sink, pots, plates, pans, corkscrew and all you will need for a comfortable stay. All little details like cafetierre table mats and candle lantern. The games cupboard for books and games and a 3ft snooker table.   A gas  heater if necessary extra £3

Outside the Tipi you will find a chiminea BBQ and picnic bench seating for those warm summer evenings.

Fishing @ Haye Farm

Haye Farm coarse fishing is catch and return.  The ponds are stocked with large carp and tench and various other fish. 

 A rod and tackle is avaliable for hire at £3.00 per day + day ticket for fishing at various prices from £3.50 depending on time and day of week.   See above Haye Farm website for details.

Price  of this only £495  per week (6 nights July - August).

Short breaks @  £90 per night 2 nights minimum (July - August).
